We started Fire & Flavour with one simple idea: real Indian cooking, done the traditional way, in a space that feels like home to everyone who walks through the door.
Every dish that leaves our tandoor is grilled over real fire, seasoned with spices we blend ourselves, and built on recipes that have been perfected over generations. We wanted a place where Indian and Canadian food lovers alike could sit down together, share a meal, and taste something honest โ modern in feel, but rooted in tradition.
